Payments & Cancellation Policy
🏒 Payments
To secure your spot in any camp session, payment is required at the time of registration.
Full payment is due by June 30, 2025.
We accept: Credit Card, E-Transfer, or Cheque.
We offer:
Online credit card payment plans
E-transfer payment plans (monthly payments set up by our office)
❗️Do not select “Pay in Person” unless instructed to do so.
If you register for a payment plan and your credit card is declined or compromised:
Update your payment method immediately in your account.
Our system only attempts payment for a limited time. If missed, your payment will fall behind and your spot may be revoked.
Subscriptions end one month after your final payment—no additional fees are charged for using a payment plan.
If you register without payment, you will have 5 days to complete payment or contact us to discuss a payment plan.
A reminder email will be sent before cancellation.
If we don’t hear from you, your spot will be released.
We do not follow up multiple times—please communicate promptly.

Cancellations Before Camp
Until May 31, 2025
Full refund minus a $35 + GST non-refundable administration fee.
June 1 to June 29, 2025
Refund issued minus a $100 + GST non-refundable processing fee.
Cancellations After Camp Begins (June 29, 2025)
We will issue a refund minus a $100 + GST non-refundable processing fee.
Refunds for injury with a medical certificate (must be provided within 1 week).
If injured during camp, refunds will be pro-rated based on days attended, less the $100 + GST processing fee.
Camp Credits
Full credit (including fees) may be issued for any cancellation at any time.
No refund or credit will be given if a player is a no-show, leaves voluntarily, or is removed from camp. No exceptions.
Camp Changes
Changes (e.g., switching weeks) are allowed until June 1, 2025, subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment if possible.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of request.
Credit card refunds may take up to 1 week to appear, depending on your bank or carrier.
