All Girls Session
We accept players from ages 6 - 15 years old, with the majority of our players between the ages of 7 - 13 years old.
Your child MUST be 6 years of age before camp starts. No exceptions.
Our on-ice program follows Hockey Canada’s Long-Term Player Development model, focusing on age- and skill-appropriate fundamentals. Skating, puck control, and team play build confidence and skill on the ice, while off-ice sessions encourage teamwork, leadership, and athletic growth.

Goaltenders Sessions
We accept players from ages 7 - 17 years old, with the majority of our players between the ages of 7 - 13 years old.
Your child MUST be 7 years of age before camp starts.
Our Goaltender Camps are limited to 60 goalies per session, divided into 3 groups of 20 for focused instruction. Each group rotates through specialized on-ice stations over two half-days and two full days to maximize teaching and development. Off-ice training sharpens reflexes, and classroom sessions make goaltending concepts clear and practical.
We’ve reserved limited spots in all Regular Sessions for goaltenders at a discounted rate of $200.00 + GST, if registered in a Goaltender Weekend Session. Email us for your registration code and availability!

Payment Information
All Sessions – Payment in full or partial is required to hold your spot in any camp when registering. All registration payment plans must be Paid in Full before June 29th. If you register without payment ie: Etransfer, you will have 5 days to make a payment or get in touch with us regarding making payments or your spot will be void. You will get one email reminder before your spot is cancelled and put back in the queue. We do not have the time to chase payments and we will not hold a spot without payment.We provide Credit Card, Etransfer, or cheque options. As well, we have a Credit card payment plan online or Etransfer payment plan that we will set up equal monthly payments on. DO NOT select Pay in Person, unless you have been instructed to. If you register for a Payment Plan and your credit card is compromised or is declined and your payment is missed, please let us know immediately and update your credit card information in your account. The system will only continue to try to take payment for so long, then will stop and your payment will be behind which can result in your spot being revoked.
Groupings
Requests for friends or family members to be together must be made prior to the groupings being finalized and the Packages being sent out. Preferably when registering – just add a note in the Special Requests or email us. We try our best to accommodate, but if there is too vast of an age difference or too many registrants between players, the request will be denied.SLHC & All Girls Sessions groups are made 1 to 2 weeks prior to your camp start, by age, with A being the youngest, B being the middle, and C being the oldest. For 2025 – Group A could be 2017/2016 and younger, Group B – 2016/15 to 2014/13, and Group C – 2013 and older. These are just guidelines only as to what group your child could be in and are subject to change depending on the registrations in any Session. We do not group by Minor Hockey Levels, we divide the players up evenly into groups by birthdate. Goaltender Session groups are sorted by age, with Group 1 being the youngest, Group 2 being the middle, and Group 3 being the oldest. Maximum of 60 goalies per session.Information Packages for your week of camp with groupings and schedules will be emailed to the email provided with registration approximately 1 to 2 weeks before the start of your camp. All information in the package is also found on the website except for groupings.Changes to Groupings – may be made to suit ability levels and/or cancellation replacements that alter the original group. We consider the whole group so changes will only be made if we feel other students won’t be negatively affected by the change. All players are where they are supposed to be when groupings are made according to their birthdates and all players will receive the appropriate instruction to make their time at camp beneficial.We will not move players who should be in a younger group to an older group or from an older group to a younger group for convenience. Cancellations & Refunds
Please review our Cancellation & Refund PolicyCancellations with Refunds will be issued up to June 1, 2025, less a $35 + GST Non-Refundable Administration Fee. After June 1, 2025, until the start of Camp on June 29, refunds less a $100 + GST Non-Refundable Processing Fee, will be issued.After the start of camp on June 29, 2025, refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of injury when accompanied by a medical certificate which must be supplied within 1 week of informing SLHC of injury. In the event the player is injured during the camp, the refund will be pro-rated based on the days that were attended less a $100 + GST Non-Refundable Processing Fee. All other cancellations will be a full credit for the Summer of 2025.Credits for the following year may also be issued in the event of any of the above prior to June 15, 2025. Credits will be a Full credit, including the Non Refundable Processing Fee.No refund or credit will be given if a player is a “No-Show” or leaves on his/her own accord or is expelled from the camp. There will be no exceptions to this policy.Camp changes ie: switching weeks, will be permitted, upon availability, up to June 1, 2025.Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, if possible, and processed within 7 days of request. It can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your Financial Institution, for credit card refunds to process.
During the week
Pro Shop
Get your SLHC Swag – Hoodies, Sweats, Shorts, Ball caps, T-Shirts, etc, plus skate sharpening and jersey number and lettering.After you arrive on Registration Day and receive your jersey, head over to the Pro Shop to have your name and favourite number put on. Registration Day is the best day to do this.Cost for Jersey Lettering: Numbers are $6.00 each, Name is $12.00.
Photographs
A perfect memento of the week is a photo! NEW! We have a SLHC backdrop with lighting to take pictures of your player (s) while you are at camp!We no longer have a photographer come in and take pictures. The interest in purchasing pictures in the summer has dwindled down to less than 100 over the summer and is not feasible to have a photographer come in.
